Ice Queen/Snow Princess themed Rising Star dress. Icicles and snow flakes are all over the dress but in a simple elegant way. Has black sheer sleeves. Does come with the original white sleeves if you wish to use those instead. Has crystals that match the color of embroidery on the dress. Comes with blue bloomers and a full front headpiece. Has brown lining to prevent tanner from getting on the dress. Has been let out once. Back panel piece can be removed. There is embroidery underneath for this purpose and stitching was done so that it can be removed. Will only need crystals on that part of dress. Number holder included and it has velcro so can be changed.
