2024 Rising Star dress made to replicate St. Louis City SC colors! Full bling package and includes two different tiaras but no kick pants because my daughter just wore black cotton shorts underneath. It is a mix of velvet and satin materials.

It has only been worn a handful of times but was altered recently by Rising Star because of a sudden growth spurt. They said there is still some let out in the dress if need be.

My daughter absolutely loved this dress and planned on wearing it until she absolutely couldn't anymore but she experienced a career ending injury and can no longer dance. We are hoping to sell to someone who will love it as much as she does!

There are a few missing stones here and there and very mild wear underneath the dress but nothing you wouldn't expect from a used dress. Still in great condition and stored in a bag when not worn.
