Beautiful Rising Star dress with light teal satin and chiffon overlay as base. Navy velvet down the center and back. Embroidery colors of orange, coral, lilac, pink, blue, teal, with coordinating crystals. AB pears and rounds throughout the front and back. Pink soft sash with crystals, with water dragon (Oilliphéist) patch on the back. Flat front skirt with shaped hemline. Dress comes with matching kickpants, and 2 headpieces: side and centered crown. One owner, dancer was 54", athletical build.
