Stunning black, red and champagne colour Rising star dress, in excellent condition and only
worn a handful of times by the current owner. Covered in beautiful clear, red and champagne
coloured Swarovski Crystals. Worn at the 2018 Worlds. There is some let out and down if
needed. Does not include crown or bloomers.
