After much consideration, I have decided that I am no longer able to properly maintain these shoe pages. Unfortunately these pages have fallen way behind with updates due to the huge amount of time it takes to keep the dress pages current. All is not lost though, there are new message boards specifically for buying and selling shoes, posting wanted ads etc. Hopefully you will find the boards a much better option than listing here, as you can post your own ad and have it appear instantly, no more waiting for me to get around to it!
