| Sparkly orange solo dress with turquoise, lime green and black accents made by Judy Tatum in 2006. Very good condition. Perfect for prizewinner or prelim. Would fit slim 11-13 year old – approximate clothing size 12 Slim. Includes cape, bloomers, small crown and puffy headband. The dress has never been altered, and there is let out room in the bodice and length.
