satin cuffs and skirt trim. Soft flowing drop waisted skirt.
Fully lined. Under skirt has tulle frill with black and silver
stripped lining. Matching bloomers. Headband in bubblegum
pink covered with silver sequined flowers as on dress. Cape
is white with sequined flowers. The dress is in excellent
condition and has been worn approximately 6 times.
