custom made by Ceal Webber for a young OC dancer for the
2011 season and US WRO. Three tier hand pleated skirt with
carefully placed Swarovski crystals on individual pleats along
with the pleasing asymmetrical design and burst of crystals on
the bodice come together to create this magnificent dress.
