This 1-piece, soft skirt dress is brand new. The dress is very
lightweight and has a full length zipper in the back for ease in
dressing. The body made of royal blue velvet and light blue
metallic texture embroidery at the center front, embroidery with
lot crystals around the embroidery. The skirt is made up of 12
rows of ruffles. It also has 3” room for let out. Handmade
