Lovely beginner dress in need of some TLC. Made in New
Zealand approximately 10 years ago of lovely red velvet and
silver satin. Applique needs repair on front panel. Comes with
matching headpiece and kick pants. No embroidery or applique
on the back of the skirt so perhaps a great base for a new
creation?
