fabric on skirt with neon green skirt cutout. Sparkly
hologram pink underskirt with matching spankies and
tiara. Tons of Swarovski crystals added as well as pink
sequin accent trim. Dress is in excellent condition and
has been well cared for. Measurements taken while
dress is laying flat.
