A stunning black and white velvet dress made by Sue Breen with
a flower design containing 1500+ Swarovski crystals. The dress
is fully lined with 8 flowers on the bodice, 5 on each cuff of
sleeve and 6 on the sash. The skirt has a dropped waist with 4
tiers of pleated ruffles with black outlined stitching. The dress is
in very good condition, comes from a pet and smokes free home
and comes with velvet knickers and a black and white flower
headband.
