for the 10-12 year old Preliminary/Open Champion. Dress is
made of metallic blue silk with Glitterball sleeves, Swarovski
crystals, pink and yellow accents, and a rose colored lining.
The dress includes a matching headband, bloomers, Velcro to
shoulders matching cape, and carry bag. Dress is in excellent
condition, looks gorgeous from the stage, and attracts
trophies!!!
