Comes with matching designed tiara (headband), stiff cape, 1 pair of matching pink velour-stretch bloomers, and 1 pair of yellow spandex bloomers. Originally purchased new and completely re-adjusted, including skirt interfacing by Knot for Keeps, of Nova Scotia, Canada to make as a Novice level competition dress. Dress is in excellent condition with no odour, kept in a smoke free home. Worn only one year and sadly outgrown. Available immediately.
