| This dress was made in Scotland. It is Kelly Green with a red, black and gold design with a red satin underskirt. There are a few sequins strategically placed which makes this dress really stand out on stage. This also comes with red bloomers and a tiara to match. This dress is in very good, almost excellent condition. My daughter has outgrown it which is the only reason we are selling it.
