This dress is a work of art. It is made of dark green
velvet with gold lamé lining. Embroidered Kelly green
shamrocks follow a swirling path of red, gold and
orange metallic threads. Matching crocheted cotton
rosettes adorn the collar and cuffs. Rhinestones
embedded on the edges of the harp and in the dress
randomly give it sparkle. The two matching cape pins
are gold with emerald stone insets. The dress comes
with a gold and green woven head band and a gold
lamé scrunchie.
