Gorgeous Shamrock Stitchery dress designed in June
2008 for Nationals and the Oireachtas. Dress in good/
excellent condition. The bodice of the dress is blue
velvet with white lace on the arms elegantly accented
with embroidery. The skirt has two types of lace
overlapping one blue the other white. Throughout the
dress are Swarovski crystals and sequins. Matching
white kick pants and 2 headbands are included.
