This beautiful Siopa Rince dress has gorgeous stage presence. It
is a one piece, panel style dress with a tulle and lace pettit skirt.
The flowers are three dimensional with crystals at the center of
each. The sleeves are uniquely designed with horizontal pleating
at the bottom. Adding to the three dimensional character of the
dress are delicate fluffy patches of pink with crystals in the
center. It is perfect for a slender prizewinner and advanced
