in great condition - never been altered. Made by retired
dressmaker Andrea Yates of Innishfree Designs. Very sparkly
due to use of glitter materials and Swarovski crystals. Comes
with two headbands, two kickpants, crystal brooch and number
holder. Measurements are with dress laying flat.
