This dress was handmade in Ireland in the fall of 2009 by Siopa Rince. It
is a stunning burgundy and gold drop waist dress that is in wonderful
condition. We are the second owners of this dress in a smoke-free
home. It has amazing stage presence and has been worn at Nationals and
Worlds. There is plenty of room in the sleeves and bodice to be let out.
