panels, inverted back skirt pleat, and a feminine
(easily detached) ruffle. The main fabric is rich black
German velvet with an embroidered flower pink
overlay. 400 AB Swarovski crystals complete the
bodice and the skirt is lined in black and white fabric.
Matching bloomers and a black velvet headband with
Swarovski crystal trim are also included.
