Very pretty dress made by Mary Skotnicki in 2007.
The skirt lining has bright pink polka dots on white,
and there are matching polka dot bloomers. Dress
comes with triangle tiara backing and spare material to
make a
headband.

Dress was made for the following body measurements:
Sleeve 18inches
Chest 25inches
Waist 23.5inches
Zip to waist is 11 inches
Waist to hem is 12.5 inches
