This is a wonderful first solo dress by Carole Taylor in an
updated 3-panel. The waist has been slightly dropped and
goes down into a V point. I always called it a "popsicle on
acid" because of the bright (almost neon) yellow plus orange
and pink. My daughter has loved this dress and is very sadly
outgrowing it. It has taken her from Novice through
Prizewinner. Since we bought it, it has been completely
relined plus the requisite "tons of Swarovski crystals" have
been added. It comes with two headpieces (one for a bun
wig and one headband style) and a pair of bright yellow
bloomers. The dress has been stored flat in a smoke-free,
pet-free home.
