Made by Miss Browns' Fancy. This costume is used in good
condition. It features are black lightweight velvet bodice and
sleeves, with fluoro yellow, orange, pink and white
embroidery design. It has white pleated cupcake skirt ruffles
with fluoro pink trim. It has a Bow shawl constructed from
fluoro pink twinkle satin and white satin skirt lining. Matching
bloomers are included. It has been "blinged" with hundreds of
Swarovski crystals in pink (rose), orange (hyacinth), green
(peridot) and AB crystals. It also has straps sewn in the waist
for a more fitted fit.
