This bright, modern and pretty dress by Mary
Skotnicki is brand new, never worn. It includes the
latest design features and fabrics, and the dress is
extremely lightweight for ease of dancing. The soft
skirt is supported by underpanels to give the skirt the
right “sit”, while enabling easy kicks and movement.
The dress has a pretty blue velvet bodice with white
embroidered hearts, a soft skirt with layers of white
satin and pleated organza ruffles, and a white shawl
with blue embroidery. Matching bloomers are also
included.
This dress is very eye-catching and up to date, and it
