Brand new one piece soft dress. The dress is very lightweight. The
body is made of yellow velvet and black metallic textured material.
Embroidery creates with Appliqué ribbon and crystals. The skirt is
made up of 12 rows of ruffles with appliqués embroidery and black
ribbon. It also has 3” room for let out and 2”for lengthening. This
dress is suitable for a person 5’8” to 5’11” It comes with bloomers
and a handmade custom headband. Made by Elitecouture. More

completed. Alterations as to sizing can still be made. Please advise
