Elevation Design original! Made for 2011 Southern Region
Oireachtas. Only worn once! It is an asymmetrical, dropped waist
design featuring a hot pink soft, layered skirt, a neon yellow bodice
with hot pink and black trim, one hot pink sleeve and one black
sleeve. There are close to 2000 Swarovski Crystals (primarily 34ss,
but also includes 48ss, 30ss, and Pear shaped rhinestones).
Dress includes bloomers and 2 capes, which can be worn together
or separately.
