The skirt is a 5 panel style with a two layer frill in a beautiful orange sequin lace fabric over orange satin. This dress has beautiful stage presence and glitters from all angles. Cape is a unique style and underskirt is lined with a flamboyant fabric. This dress has hundreds of clear and orange diamonds and is absolutley amazing.
