Made by Maria Ball, designed by seller. Two-piece dress
has a wide range of fabrics. Floral overlay is imported,
hand-stitched fabric from Italy. Underneath the floral
fabric is yellow satin, and some Swarovski crystals have
been added to the dress. Original design. Dress is in
mint condition, as it has only been worn for three
competitions. Underneath is neon green. Comes with an
elegant tiara and crown, a glittered flower crown, a
magenta, draped cape and the matching bloomers. The
dress can be taken in, and there is some room for it to
