Brand new one piece dress. The dress is very lightweight. The
body is made of dark blue velvet and silver metallic textured
materials. Embroidery is decorated with ribbon and crystals. The
skirt is made up of 12 rows of ruffles edged with binding. It also
has 3” room for let out and 2”for lengthening. This dress is suitable
for a person 5’11” to 6’2” It comes with bloomers and a handmade
