| This dress is for ladies 16 and over. It is a gorgeous Sheila Hayes dress that has only had one owner and is in mint condition. The base fabric is white cotton with blue polka dots (easy to clean). The top is all royal blue sequins with raw silk embroidery in gold, pink, royal blue, light teal, and white that gives this dress great stage presence. The underside of the dress is royal blue. It is a two piece that can be immediately taken down about one inch and is easy to alter. Crown and bloomers included.
