Oireachtas. Comes with a bag, cape, crowns and bloomers. Base
color is white with silver sparkles. Embroidery done in a rich
sapphire blue. Sleeves and other detail done with sapphire blue
fabric, with a gorgeous silver and blue flower pattern done in
sequins. A truly beautiful dress that picks up light well and really
