This Elevation Designs dress is a one-piece style, multi-coloured puff-ball
skirt and purple velvet bodice covered with diamontes. The colouring of
the skirt are repeated in the cuffs and in a "V" inset around the neck. This
is a championship costume in very good condition - worn only 4 times.
