This beautiful, worn only once, Siopa Rince dress was
made in 2007. It was worn at the US Western Regional
Oireachtas. It is in excellent condition. It has a velvet
bodice with a drop waist. The colors of pink and orange
and very bright and vibrant. The dress includes a
headpiece with tiara attached and matching bloomers.
