| This dress is metallic sky blue silk, with royal blue, metallic purple, and iridescent silver sequin applique as well as neon pink and neon yellow applique. The design is modern with a Celtic theme, with the design going all the way down the arms. The hem is scalloped in pink, with a stiff skirt and blue sequins inside the pleats. The underskirt is pink silk with an eye-catching silver-sequin, zigzag trim. The cape is a double shoulder, cut-out cape with a continuation of the arm and skirt design (all sequins). This dress was made by Phoebe O'Donoghue from Siopa Rince in Dublin for the 2002 Eastern Regional Oireachtas. It is a championship dress, worn by a 14 year old dancer. Included are matching pink satin bloomers and matching crown. This dress is in excellent condition.
