This Siopa Rince dress stands out in any crowd of dresses.
The fluorescent yellow, blue lace netting, red sequined
flames and intriguing tie-dye underskirt make it a one of a
kind dress. It has only been worn twice (for competition),
and there is no wear and tear at all; it is practically like new.
Under-arm pads were worn, and both times, we brought
