dress made of bright blue velvet and a white matte satin bodice
with a light glitter. Skirt is white chiffon with a rosette motif with
several skirt layers. Dress is embellished with hundreds of
crystals and comes with bloomers, tiara backer and extra fabric.
Dress can be altered to fit like a custom with in the measurement
parameters given below.
