The top of this brand new Shamrock Stitchery dress is made of
a white crepe material with blue and black accents. The skirt is
a 4 layer ruffled skirt alternating aqua velvet and black velvet. It
also includes bloomers, a number clip already sewn on and extra
materials to have a headband made. It has never been worn and
is fully loaded with Swarovski crystals!!!
