This gorgeous Siopa Rince dress is made of navy blue velvet and
white fabric with a sparkly tulle overlay. It is covered in hundreds
of Swarovski crystals of different sizes and received many
compliments! Pictures do not do the dress justice! The dress
comes with a matching headband and cape. It is in great condition
