Made by Celtic Couture. Worn by a 5'4", 18 year old girl in
championship of small top size and about 2-4 pant size. The dress is
in great condition, very little wear. It is a two piece dress with snaps
to hold the top on and a tie on the inside for extra hold. All sequin
blue top with silver detail, and black blue and silver detailed
arm/pleats. The underneath is a blue/green tie dye. Included is a tiara
as well as the bloomers. A Helen Doyle dress bag which the dress
fits perfectly in is also included if you so choose for $100 (included
in the asking price for the dress).
