Stretch velvet Dorothy Ryan dress from Ireland. Black glitter ball
base-with orange and silver accents. Underneath is neon orange
with black polka dots (great for kicks!!) Dress is in very good
condition, back has a small bend in it, but besides that - it has
always been in a dress bag laying flat and was only worn a
