Brand new one piece soft dress made by Elitecouture. The dress
is very lightweight. The body made of light blue metallic textured
velvet with silver metallic textured material. Embroidery creates
with appliqués, embroidery ribbon and crystals. The skirt is made
up of 4 rows ruffles create with ribbon. It also has 3” room for
let out and 2”for lengthening. This dress is suitable for a person 5’
8” to 5’11” It comes with bloomers and a handmade custom
