This beautiful bright blue, neon green, and black solo dress is in
excellent condition. It was made by a dress maker in California
who was inspired by an Elevation design. I am the second owner,
but it has only been worn six times by myself and a few times by
the previous owner. The beading is all perfectly in place, and
matching bloomers and crown are included. The dress looks very
bright and flashy on stage, and is sure to turn heads with the
