This elegant, up to date Siopa Rince dress with a beautiful petal skirt
always receives compliments! It is made from lemon yellow velvet
and deep blue twinkle velvet. It features incredibly detailed
embroidery and hundreds of professionally applied Swarovski
crystals. The dress has been carefully stored flat and has always
been worn with dress shields, so there are no stains or odors.
Included with the dress are matching yellow satin bloomers, a soft
cape and almost a full yard of both velvet fabrics.
