Made by Emerald Key. Beautiful royal blue velveteen torso with rhinestone
detailing at the neck and gold and white embroidery down the center. Bubble
skirt with two layers, the first is buttercup yellow, hardly any noticeable
wear, and the second white tier, with few tiny pulled threads,with water
mark, but are only visible on very close inspection. A few loose rhinestones
on the blue velvet head band, but nothing that isn't fixable. White Bloomers
come with dress.
