| This dearly loved and sadly outgrown dress is in excellent condition with no odor or stains has only been worn three times. The dress is made by Celtic Sewing Circle and design by Blarney House. The fabric is Champion organza overlay with gold & silver metallic glitter design on it. The Applique is turquoise and black sew-on holoshimmer sequin and silver lame sewn on with black holoshimmer thread. The neck is lined with Swarovski crystals and crystal studded zipper. Tiara is included. This dress has a lovely stage presence and is suitable for pre-lim or champion level.
