Vibrant dress with awesome stage appeal. Made by Michelle
Lewis. Bodice is used and a new "Black Swan" skirt has been
added. Bodice is an asymmetrical design using neon orange
stretch velvet and bright neon pink crystal satin. Dress is
covered in hundreds of crystals, comes with bloomers, puffy
headband, flowers for hair. This dress can be altered to fit like
a custom with in the measurement parameters indicated.
