This dress is a second hand dress in good condition. It has been
kept flat in a dress bag and is from a pet free & smoke free home. It
is bright orange with blue, white and yellow accent colors. It is very
sparkly!! The under skirt is black and white zebra print. Includes a
matching head band. There is room in the back at the zipper to let
the dress out about 2 inch and about an inch to bring it down
