Brand new two-piece dress made by Lynanne White - Irish Rose
Couture. Navy stretch velvet overdress, over beautiful royal and silver
brocade, and silver metallic brocade. Trimmed in rhinestones and silver
trim. Skirt has brocade bubble ruffle, then silver metallic navy trimmed
ruffle, followed by navy organza white-trimmed ruffle. Chest, sleeves,
and cape accented with rhinestone knots. Royal organza twisted cape.
Dress includes cape, headband, kickpants/bloomers, a $50 alteration
