| A modern dress with traditional roots. This shimmering dress features icy blue shantung petal shaped skirt panels with a stained glass interlace design in shades of blue and teal. The satin of the pale teal bodice has a subtle modern stripe. The soft sequined shawl is accented with a partial embroidered design, and a gracefully pointed scallop along the back hem. The attached tutu is a combination of tulle, lace, and an opalescent organza. A matching head band and bloomers are included. There are 2-3" of room to let out in the side seams and 1" to let down in the cuff, and the dressmaker includes alterations with the price of sale.
